Fashion's Fist.

Pumeza Mekuto, the designer behind the label Black Coal, describes her design aesthetic as classic, laid-back denim.

This collection went unnamed, so I'll do the honours: 'Damsel in Denim' consisted of denim (obviously!) in dark washes, mesh, and chiffon in moody blues beautifully crafted into relaxed feminine shapes. The main hair style was an adorable twisted bun secured with a mass of safety pins, and make up consisted of an intense eye and a simple, natural pink lip. The styles were simple, comfortable day looks that I could see on any South African woman. Chic, non? I think yes, but I still want to know what you think.
